Introduction to Chair Yoga

Join Dawn Shawley, certified yoga educator from the new Miller Center for Recreation & Wellness, for a gentle chair yoga class. In the span of an hour, you will learn the benefits of yoga, as well as practice movement. The class will be accessible to all, offering seated, standing and balance postures, along with breathing practices and short meditation. Time will be set
aside at the end of class for questions.
